If you currently use a different company how do they perform? Here are our service standards:
- We will arrange a time for your break and we will stick to it
- We will be there for the full time agreed
- Our Carer Support Workers won't have clients booked all for the same time
- We will have the same Carer Support Worker to visit so you can form a professional relationship (except for when they have a holiday!)
- Your care and needs are our priority
If you don't get this service you could with us. If you have your personal budget then why not buy our service instead. At hourly rates from £13.50 we are very competitive and everyone who uses us says we're the best. If you pay less but don't have the same standards as above is it really cheaper?

Early Intervention - Crisis Service
In the Castle Point, Rochford and Maldon Districts we have funding for Carers from Essex County Council to receive a FREE 3 month trial, up to 4 hours per week, of Respite Care. In that time you will have an assessment (by the County Council) to determine whether there are any benefits available for the Carer or Cared for. Emergency Sitting Service
In Castle Point, Rochford and Maldon we also have the Emergency Sitting Service. When you need to go to the Doctors, Dentist, Hospital etc. we can provide a Carer Support worker to cover the time so you can protect your own health. Contact us to take this service up.
