Paul Ramsden Chief Executive |
Paul joined Crossroads in 2009 after an extensive career spanning local government and the not for profit sector. Particularly experienced in representation, change management, business growth and strategic planning he has applied his skills to Crossroads. He is also Vice Chair of the local school Governors and is married with two children. |

May Darke Scheme Manager |
May has worked for Crossroads schemes for the last 14 years, joining this scheme in 2007. She enjoys a thorough understanding of care provision of both the young and elderly, is the registered manager and holds a NVQ level 4. She has a grown up family now but a couple of grand children keep her busy in her spare time. |

Laura Stammers Admin Mgr and PA to CEO |
Laura joined Crossroads in June 2011 and has injected new life into the website and the use of social media. Laura has a degree in business studies as well as extensive admin experience and is keen to develop her skills further in the charity sector. In her spare time Laura enjoys keeping fit, arts and culture. |

Sarah Fogarty Finance Manager |
Sarah joined Crossroads in August 2010 after completing her first year of Accounts and is now very much enjoying her change of career. As a carer herself, Sarah hopes to combine her sympathetic nature with her love of numbers to ensure that Crossroads continues to thrive and provide respite for its many carers. Her 16 year old son is now at college and in her spare time Sarah enjoys boot sales and is a dab hand with a paint brush and a power tool!! |

Marion Horsley Development Manager |
Marion joined us in April 2011 coming from Crossroads Care Rochford. Marion has been supporting carers in Castlepoint and Rochford for 16 years from young to elderley. She started as a care attendant and has moved on to managing and developing services for carers. She also spent four years working for Essex County Council. | ||

Elaine White Activities Manager |
Elaine joined Crossroads in 2009 and is responsible for arranging fun activities for the day care centre, Monday club and young carers. She also excels in organising fundraising events for Crossroads most recently including a sponsored swim and a psychic night. Elaine is fantastic at baking and spoils everyone in the office and at events with her homemade cakes and jams. |

Carol Bryan Care Manager |
Carol joined Crossroads in May 2011 as Care Manager for Maldon District. Carol is new to this line of work but is looking forward to providing support for carers in the Maldon District and promoting Crossroads to carers who may not be aware we provide this service. In her spare time Carol enjoys messing about on boats and is training to be a counsellor. |

Gill joined Crossroads in 2009 and is Care Manager for the Rayleigh and Rochford areas. | ||

Karen Green Care Manager |
Karen joined Crossroads in September 2010 as Care Manager for Castlepoint. Karen is new to this line of work but finds meeting carers and being able to offer them support in their caring role very rewarding. Karen is married with 1 child. |

Melinda Shuttleworth Advocacy Manager |
Melinda joined Crossroads in October 2011 as Advocacy Manager. She has just completed an MA in Social Work and her recent experience has included a placement at Essex County Council working mainly with older people so she has knowledge of this client group. She also has experience of working with children and families. Melinda is looking forward to developing advocacy services for carers throughout the Southend area. Melinda is married and has two grown up children. |

Tina Judd Administrator (volunteer) |
Tina Judd joined Crossroads Care as a Volunteer Administrator in March 2011. Tina has previously worked in Adminstration before having children and is enjoying updating her skills whilst volunteering in Crossroads office . Tina has personal experience of being a Carer and is very aware of the challenges and difficulties that Carers face. Tina is therefore very happy to give her time to an organisation that supports Carers and their families. |

Madeleine James Administrator (volunteer) |
Madeleine joined Crossroads as volunteer in Summer 2011 after becoming semi retired but wanting to keep office skills up to date whilst helping a good cause. Having looked after elderly parents and juggling work and children as well she can understand the difficulties carers can encounter. |

Kim Walker Administrator (volunteer) |
Kim is divorced with two grown up children. She worked as a Document Secretary for a Law Firm at Westminster until being made redundant 3 years ago. Since then Kim has worked for Southend Blind Welfare as a volunteer for over a year in their equipment centre which she enjoyed very much. In her spare time she likes to socialise with friends, keep fit and learn new skills. She currently has a lot of spare time and wants to put it to good use in the Crossroads office. |
